Israel Aquino founded Red Stag in 2011 after years of watching bad installs fail — fixing two-year-old windows that were already leaking. We built Red Stag to do it right the first time.
Origin.Israel Aquino started Red Stag in 2011 — not because the market needed another contractor, but because he was tired of watching homeowners get burned. After years in the trade he had seen the same failures repeat: corner-cut flashing, foam where backer rod should've been, no shims behind the strike plate. Windows two years old and already leaking. Israel built Red Stag to be the fix, not the problem.
What we believe. Every install is photographed at flashing stage. Every crew member is W-2 — the same person who installs your window is the same person who comes back on a warranty call three years later. Every quote is itemized line by line. Every contract carries a lifetime install warranty — transferable once, no deductible, one page of legal copy.
Why it matters.Permits create a paper trail. Flashing photos create accountability. W-2 crews create continuity. Most contractors cut all three. We don't — not because it's the profitable choice, but because it's the only way to actually stand behind a lifetime warranty without going broke honoring it.
13 years in.Since 2011 Red Stag has installed windows and doors across 30 Greater LA cities. Israel is still on every job at measure and at final walkthrough. That's not marketing — his cell number is on every contract.
We tell you the names before you sign. Israel walks every job — at measure and at final.

In the trade since 2011. Built Red Stag from the ground up after years of watching bad installs fail two winters in. Walks every job at measure and final. His rule: if he wouldn't put his name on it, the crew doesn't install it.
