Install warranty repairs are completed by the same W-2 crew that did the original work. No subcontracted strangers. No $300 trip fee. No deductible.
Duration. Lifetime — no expiration date, no 10-year cap, no prorated coverage after year 5. The warranty covers the install for as long as you own the home.
Transferable. Once. If you sell the home, the new owner inherits the remaining warranty coverage for the life of the home. They contact us directly.
